These guys have great tasting stuff. Went on a Sunday and it was a sunny day so that place was chockers. There was a line out the front of the store but we were inside and about to order before we knew it. If you haven’t checked these guys out on Instagram before, go and definitely jump on it to have a peek and see what award winning bread you wanna buy beforehand. The people serving you at the counter wanna serve you fast cause everyone wants a piece of everything they sell. So read up before you go! We bought the continental roll, the lemon tart, the artisan sourdough, and a malt vanilla milkshake. Something to eat at the beach and some bread and sweets to take home and enjoy. Thanks guys for a great lunch!

I got the plain croissant which was huge and not bad! It was buttery and light but would have been even nicer if I heated it up. I also got the strawberry lemonade which was a lil too sweet for my taste but still great (i would prefer a tad bit more lime juice)! Service was great and they offer a mch larger selection than what i choose. Definitely be bk to try more Update: Came back to try the sausage egg muffin and unfortunately it wasnt really great. the egg was burnt, the sausage patty lacked seasoning and just quite greasy. Not sure if that was the muffin but it seemed like just a regular roll. I still like their other bakes but this was thoroughly disappointing.

Absolutely love the food here! My go to is always the avo toast and a cinnamon scroll. The prices are such great value for the quality you receive. The only downside is during peak times there can be a long wait and it's hard to find parking (but that just goes to show how popular this establishment is). Definitely recommend for the best cinnamon scroll in Perth. This is a corner deli, so there is no seating but it's super close to Cottesloe beach, so you can take your food down to the beach and eat.

Few issues with this place. 1/ pastries are mediocre at best, they are virtually of no different quality than ones from Vietnamese bakeries 2/ never tried the bread. Had the conti roll twice. The roll itself is on tougher side. Almost a little bit burnt. I did not enjoy it, prefer softer buns. 3/ back in chef Lester’s days dinners used to be of restaurant quality. Ever since he left it all went downhill. A few times we received proper shocking meals including steak tougher than a leather boot and so we gave up on this place. We decided to give it a go again recently. Worth noting all staff is new. Not as friendly and welcoming as girls working here a few months back. I’ve ordered steak, my partner had meatballs panini. Steak serving was a complete joke - literally two slices of meat for $25. Is that supposed to be kid’s meal? You should be ashamed to offer that to people for this price. Panini roll was too tough for my liking again however meatballs were decent. Second try - we ordered one Napolitana pasta and one pesto pasta with chicken (extra $6). By mistake I presume we were served two Napolitana’s. By the time we arrived home the shop was already closed. I called up the next day to complain and they offered to compensate for mistake. During next visit my partner got meatballs roll. We mentioned the mistake they made recently with pasta. The staff was NOT very apolgetic about it. They offered to take $6 off the bill for the chicken they missed after chatting between each other for good 3-4 min. They were not concerned that it was not only chicken they missed but I’ve also (and mainly!) received wrong pasta alltogether. I do not find this compensation good enough.

Needless to say I...

North Street Bakery is a charming gem nestled near Cottesloe beach , and let me tell you, it's a must-visit spot if you find yourself in the area. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by the tantalizing aroma of freshly baked goods that will make your mouth water. Parking is difficult but all good things come with a little effort 😅.

Their cinnamon scrolls are nothing short of heavenly - hands down the best in Perth! Each bite is a perfect balance of sweet and cinnamon goodness that will have you coming back for more. And don't even get me started on their baguettes - they are simply amazing! Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, they are the perfect vessel for their delicious fillings.

If you're in the mood for something savory, their chips are a must-try. Crispy, golden perfection that will satisfy any craving. And the best part? North Street Bakery is conveniently located near the beach area, making it the perfect spot to grab a bite after a day of sun and sand. Not only is the food top-notch, but the staff at North Street Bakery are incredibly friendly and welcoming. You can feel the love and passion they put into their craft, and it truly shows in the quality of their products and service.

So, if you're looking for a delightful bakery experience in Perth, look no further than North Street Bakery. Whether you're craving a sweet treat, a savory delight, or just want to enjoy some good food by the beach, this bakery has got you covered. Don't miss out on this little piece of...

Service and staff was nice but food was not we went in public holiday so there was 15% surcharge on top so bill was $67 we order Banh mi($16)beef cheek sub($18)cheese burger($13) and fries($6)and 2 soft drinks. The cheese burger was nice the fries were over cooked but ok because the used clean fresh oil to fry. But the sub and the Banh mi was a major disappoint shouldn’t even be called Banh mi at all the pork itself was nice but not suited to be in a Banh mi the pate was like a smear the chilli sauce is like the chilli sauce you get with hainanese chicken rice the picked veges are ribbons so no crunch and didn’t tasted pickled. But the most thumbs down was the baguette of the banh mi, it was so hard and chewy I gave up finishing the other half it wasn’t fresh bread at all and I eat a lot of bread and Banh mi to know For a Banh mi that’s priced so high and surcharge on top I would expect fresh bread not stale bread it was definitely not worth it even at a regular price. First and last time for the food but maybe I try the coffee if I ever happen to go back. Such a shame too cos I heard such good things about it. Sorry 1...
