SUPER SUPER NOT IMPRESSED with this place! If you advertise - "SMS order...xxxx" then by all means, check your messages! No matter how busy you are! Don't advertise it, and when ppl actually text to reserve, only to turn up there to be told 'Oh sorry we don't see your message cos we're too busy". What a load of tripe! Then what's the point of putting that mobile number???? It's much better if you don't advertise it at all and make it first come first serve!!! It all started with IG posts that kept popping up on my feed as a 'great' place to go, delicious nasi bungkus and good coffees bla bla bla. I'm from Indonesia so safe to say, I love beef rendang, so I thought, why not try it. I purposely texted them just after they opened to avoid missing out on the nasi bungkus cos apparently the IG posts said they're popular and sell out quickly. I waited and waited, thinking...surely they would reply and confirm?? But nothing came. So I thought ok, let's try and call. No answer. Then I thought ok, maybe they just don't answer phone calls. Fine, so I just assumed they would see my text. If they advertise we could sms to order, surely they would read my text. Right?! Right?! Right?! Well ... NO THEY DID NOT! Mind you, I live very far away and purposely drove alllllll the way there. When I got there, idk why...but I just had a bad feeling. When I told them about my text, all the staff just gave me this blank looks and gave the excuse of 'sorry, we're too busy and we missed your text'. I said, how could you miss, you said we could sms to order. They asked for my number, they scrolled up...there's my text! It was UNREAD!!!! I said I even tried to call, but there's no answer. They then proceeded with another lame excuse 'Oh maybe becos you called, that's why we just ignored it cos we don't answer phone calls'. Are you serious?!?! WHAT A PATHETIC EXCUSE!!! Y'know what, even if I didn't call, I'm sure they would ignore my text anyway. I was excited to try their coffees, but...no thanks. I walked out and took my business elsewhere. Lesson learned: DO NOT BELIEVE EVERYTHING YOU SEE ON...
Read moreWe ordered three drinks, ondeh ondeh cake and a beef rendang nasi bungkus for takeaway. Iced Vietnamese coffee tasted pretty good (though very small portion) Iced palm sugar latte was mid, the taste of palm sugar was not very strong Iced salted matcha latte was not very good at all. I liked that we got the cookie on the side.
(Note: cup holders were not offered even though we had purchased multiple drinks)
Ondeh ondek cake was very yummy!
We did not appreciate that it was not explained to us that if we had opted for takeaway option, it would be a cold packet of rice. If we had known, we would have opted for dine in.
We did not mind waiting for the drinks as it was a busy Saturday morning. However, it did not make sense that we had to wait an extra 20 min for the cake and nasi bungkus to be ready (as they were both sitting in the display cabinet).
Overall, it is quite an...

The yellow rice is the worse. It is not fresh and the taste is like deteriorating inside the wrap.
Replying to your answer:
Just to make it clear, i ordered dine in and i asked where is my food after waiting, and one of your employee asked if i want to take it away. I said ok because it was raining and i plan to eat in the car, i didnt know if u are going to serve it cold. I came back because it was really cold and not edible and asked it to be warmed. After it is warmed, the food is still partly cold and taste not fresh. Do you really serve your food cold for takeaway? I never experience this ever. Not even in doordash or ubereats. You should serve it hot and ready to eat. Cctv cant talk and they dont know what is really happen. Good...
