I am in tears just remembering walking into the room and laying eyes on what for so long, was just an image in our head, a vision board, Pinterest snaps. everything was so so much more than anything we could have ever dreamed about. I know people tell you not to get caught up in all the small things, the flowers the set up, the chairs all the small details of the day. But for James and I from the very start, those were some of the biggest things, because we were doing it all on our own and we wanted to be surrounded by something truly magical as we shared laughs, speeches, tears with those around us. It all tied in so beautifully, the entire venue was transformed, Thankyou for being so patient, so warm, So friendly, you made it seem like nothing was too little or too big. you are incredible and we will forever be grateful to black label for being a part of our day. Thankyou so much from the very bottom of our hearts and we look forward to many more future events with you guys!

Lara and her team have been such a delight to work with for our wedding!

She was always responsive, cheerful, going out of her way to send us sample pictures, and even taking the time to research competitors' products to ensure we had the best festoon lighting for the best price (yup, they are the only ones who do lights 50cm apart not 1 metre apart like others!)

She never took more than 24 hours to reply a message and worked her hardest to give us the best deal for both price and quality. There was never a moment that we felt worried when dealing with them, which is super important for all couples planning their wedding!

On our wedding day, they quietly and tirelessly set it up all to perfection (: the arbour, festoon lighting, dance floor and mr and mrs sign were all put in the exact spots we had requested and everything worked smoothly. We had the most amazing time!

Wow what a brilliant experience we had working with Lara and the Black Label Events team for our wedding. We hired all our furniture and tableware through Black Label and experienced consistently wonderful service throughout the entire process. Lara’s helpful, supportive, friendly and super attentive approach put us at ease as we navigated all things covid (e.g. wedding date change, guest number uncertainty etc.). She made sure it could all happen no matter what! Our wedding itself ran so smoothly and we loved our furniture and tableware choices, which was all great value.
