Tonight I had an unpleasant experience at the harrisdale pizza express. On the menu board on the wall add ons are priced at 95c And on menu on the counter it says that toppings are 50 cents how ever we were charged a dollar.
When we confronted the customer service Assistants it was clear they had no clue how to Deal with confronting situations and that the Owner of the store or franchise is willing to Employ any redneck hill billy with out giving The appropriate training.
The hill billy I refer to was the girl slicing pizzas that claimed she was the "regional manager" abused us and was very sarcastic when I tried to come to a healthy resolution however, instead of helping me meet a healthy resolution she proceeded to swear at us some more, call the police even though we had not shown any aggression towards the staff members, banned us from the store and then threatened us with a citizens arrest. If you are the store owner, I hope you are reading this as i can promise you that employees like this will ruin your business, she has banned paying customers, given 4 people a bad experience all of which are telling their Facebook friends and leaving a review on Facebook and google. The Facebook rating was 3.6 before tonight and now it is under 2 stars because of one staff members incompetents. She also bragged about winning 200k on a scratchy and not needing a job there and that she was simply bored, if this has any truth to it do your self a favour and find an employee that will help your business and not ruin it. Read moredon't waste your time, they'll put whatever they choose on a pizza regardless of what the menu says and unless you return immediately won't fix the problem even if you did I doubt anything would be resolved.. I mean when you walk in to order and the owner couldn't care less about anything other than flicking through their phone and one junior ran off his feet would you expect more edit after your reply: to make it clear the service at your store is terrible, and you passing the buck with your reply is quite clear.. the pathetic experience I had at your store was actually over a few days and began well before I left my review. the combination of what you chose to put on my pizzas were definitely not ordered and in fact the order I had placed didn't even change anything from the menu. I have no doubt the'junior'( as in he looks about 15) is experienced, he was the only one apparently working. the old lady had zero interest then or when I called to rectify the issue which your solution was for me to drive back to your shop which turned out to be a complete waste of time because all I got was more excuses, wasted time, and wasted money both on fuel and the binned pizzas. Read moreTonite we placed telephone order for 5 Family pizza For daughters birthday ..$144 for pick up at 6.30 pm.Arrived early at 6.13 pm and noticed pizza already on top of oven. I advised staff member I hoped they were not cold because our order was for 6.30 .Was told no should be still fresh /hot.Short story took them to our house 3 minutes away and guess what cold .Called store was told Manager not here to answer our request to replace for fresh/hot .After back/forth with poor staff member finally got Manager who after much poor excuses from him agreed to replace and collect fresh ones at 8pm .Went back to store at 8 pm and poor staff did not receive any such instruction from Manager to replace and who was not even there..Terrible customer regard and service from the owner/Manager of this establishment .Will never go back .Spoilt our birthday party of 10 people .
