Pizza Pasta & More — Restaurant in Western Australia

I visited this trendy local venue last night for a family dinner. Well lit up and spacious alfresco area and also enclosed area indoors.

We arrived early evening and had booked so had a table reserved. BYO was poured promptly and order taken.

Within a few minutes our huge pizza arrived. True taste of authentic Italy! Crusty base and ample topping. many choices on menu Sooooo many pastas too! I am a seafood lover so inquired beforehand and was spoilt with a special order of succulent prawns and the most tender calamari! The portions were MASSIVE! BEST VALUE! I was also served with fresh chilli on request. Next platter was pan fried and perfectly seasoned fish and fries. Both so good... and an accompanying freshly prepared salad of tomatoes, lettuce, red peppers

There was such an abundance of food we could not finish it but were happily offered takeaway dishes to enjoy the next day

WOW!!! This is definitely one of the very few authentic Italian pizza shops around that gives us the real taste of Italy. It was so refreshing to find such simple and yet fabulously rich pasta dishes that have the same taste that we found when we traveled in and around Italy last year.

Obviously the owners take great pride in their sauces, which tasted like they were cooked and simmered for at least 4-6 hours just as they should be. The flavours were intense and full of that beautiful richness I have come to love so much.

We bought the Siciliana & Margherita pizzas, plus fettucine Bolognese & lasagne pastas with a some garlic bread & tiramisu. When we got back home to eat with our friends, we were all transported back to Italy while we were eating.

I nearly forgot, we & our guests are totally in love with the tiramisu's. They were the real-deal too and actually had impressively good marscapone and a gorgeous deep coffee flavour .

Ordered on Uber Eats and the only positive is that it was fairly quick to arrive but that’s where it all ends. Ordered a tortellini pasta which was ok but the container was only 3/4 full and way overpriced for $19. We ordered 4 pizzas and it’s safe to say they were poor quality very amateurish. Lots of toppings but very dry and bland tasting. They used premade bases so it was like having a toastie with toppings thrown on. The pizza Bianca was especially not nice. For a local specialty pizza place it’s way to expensive...
