OK l used this store for years once per week haven't been in since Jan 24 went in tonight the 26 June around 6.45pm lm disgusted l can see a man with full face beard lovely thick hair making Food boxes filling chip boxes making orders. NO GLOVES NO HAIR NET NO BEARD NET. He's scratching beard and head like he had head lice. I suggest to Young customer service rep at the till. To go out back and ask them to put gloves on please l then notice another worker down the back mixing in a bowl something with a wisk he has no gloves on. I say to customer service rep when my order arrived did you mention l suggested they put gloves on the young guy says HES THE SHIFT MANAGER well hope the owner of the buisness sees this. We have laws in Australia if the managers don't follow the rules thats not a good example for the team and if he is happy for team members to do the same as he is. I'm wondering why the heck anybody in their right mind would employ a manager who has NO IDEAR of OH&S standards. Or Food handling. Read moreI'm a delivery driver. On 22nd Oct'24 in evening , wait to pick up a doordash delivery and already waiting from 15 mins but but from staff no one came to ask me about the order. I was trying to call them but no answers. After 15 mins a staff ask me the order name and went inside to prepare then there was an Asian Manager (Maybe Indian or Pakistani) stopped her to prepare that food and said her that delivery persons are not important and prepare drivethru deliveries. I have listened everything. After more 5 minutes I again called for help and tell them to please prepare the order then the same staff went to the manager and tell him that driver is waiting for food. Manage came to me and straight away said that if you can't wait cancel the order. When I ask him that why you said that delivery persons are not important then he replied that you can't tell me to whom i will serve. After 20 mins of wait and that kind of behaviour I cancelled the order and wasted my 20 mins with that...
Read moreIt is rare for me to criticise business enterprises because it must be really difficult to make money in this retail climate, however Red Rooster Bunbury needs to be called out. This place is filthy from the moment you get to the front door. Black/ grey hand prints across both front doors haven't been washed or scrubbed in months. Internal door handle, the one to use when exiting is filthy with hand stain build up. Floors were sticky when walking like they hadn't been mopped. Can't complain about the broken window in the front door, as it may have just occurred, but I suspect the dirt build up in the cracks show it has been there for a while. Trying to support local business, however this place is gross. Either the owner landlord doesn't want to invest or the Manager doesn't care. I did purchase food and it was delivered quickly but the outer cleanliness made me think about the standards in the kitchen. Lift your game Red...
