Red Rooster Currambine — Restaurant in Western Australia

I tried calling the store 4 times to tell them my complaint, but there was no answer. It is not the first time they have been a total disappointment, several times in fact! However, tonight was extreme! Ordered - very clearly., quarter chicken and chips with a wing, a small gravy and a spicy box. The order took 20 minutes with no apology from staff for the wait. The staff member was very disinterested. Opened the chicken and chips up to find what looked like a scrap of chicken (the drumstick, without a drumstick!!). Possibly 2 bites of actual chicken on it! But was not breast which is what I ordered ! The chips were lukewarm, soggy and had no seasoning. The spicy box was missing the potato and gravy and the chicken was a wing and a tiny piece the size of a chip! The chips were also soggy, cold and unseasoned! This store really needs to pull its socks up, it has let us down on way too many occasions now ! We may be slow to learn, but will...

Our Take Away Lunch from Red Roster Currambine, last week, it has been a while since we last popped in, mustn’t leave it so long for the next one. The staff member who took our order was jovial and friendly, well done.

We both went for the Tropicana Pack, our personal favourite, we took it down to Burns Beach to enjoy.

It was beautiful, piping hot fresh, the Chicken just fell off the bone so tender and juicy, Pineapple sweet and juicy, the chips we’re fresh and crisp, having it by the Ocean, with the fresh sea air, total bliss. Five Stars out of...

Ordered chicken and chips with THE WING, get the breast but NO WING, the only reason I order that piece.... with extra stuffing, get NO stuffing. Drive thru was flat out so not sure why we got cold soggy chips. Cheesy nuggets not burnt but closed to it. Chicken roll should be called "mayo roll with a hint of chicken." Called them, the manager who pretended to not be the manager took my name and number and said the he'll get the manager to call me back.... no word from him. 100% never going back there.
