Red Rooster Port Kennedy — Restaurant in Western Australia

I love this place. Only started eating Red Rooster a few years back as I’m from the UK. I got addicted to the flava wraps. So fresh, chicken is so tasty, Mayo is incredible and fresh lettuce. I always order without tomato and my order is always correct. The rippa rolls are also incredible! And the bbq chicken burger is amazing too! Love the chips, great salt ratio and the drinks are always ice cold. I find this to be the quickest drive thru in the area on average and the service is always very friendly and my orders are always correct unlike HJ’s McDonald’s and kfc in the area. Management are definitely running this place really well because it’s the best red rooster I’ve ever had and I’ve been to several. Really enjoy the nuggets too and the buttermilk chicken popcorn. This place never disappoints and I’ve eaten here...

I wouldnt even rate it, should be closed down, major health risk, indian worker, assuming he was the manager was rude, tried to tower over me when i came back showing him the tiny peices of cooked bone spread out through the STUFFING, asked for my money back hadn't touched my chips or drink and he still refused, he offered to take the bone out but there is no way you would be able to hand pick the amount of bone in it let alone how small and sharp they were. Tried to contact someone higher up and no one has gotton back to me, that worker doesnt deserve his job as there are hundreds of people here in WA who are struggling to find work and this bloke is getting paid to rip people off and be a rude c, iv tried contacting you through the mandurahs regional, please contact me before further action is taken, they have my details...

Got basically half my order….told that’s all of it at the window. so I leave only to find when I get home 2 burgers missing. I ring them and get told oh yeah those two burgers are on the counter (like I somehow left them there on the other side of the window) I had 2 options, 1. to drive back to get them tonight ($ for petrol) or 2. Get the burgers another time where I would then spend more money to buy chips to go with the burgers and also petrol money. Both options would coast more money. I won’t be going back. We used to order red rooster regularly for a family of six. Won’t be doing that anymore. Word advice to management, if your employees make a mistake take some responsibility and compensate customers fairly or just miss out on extra money in...
