Romano's Pizzeria Aveley — Restaurant in Western Australia

Absolutely ridiculous. Zero stars if possible. Ordered online, cost charged to my card but online app says there's an error with the card details. Called to confirm with store only to be told "unfortunately it's an ongoing issue with our system. Funds will be returned to your account in a few business days" No option to honour the order even with screenshot of payment made. Was also asked "so you don't have any food in the house at all?" when I asked what I was going to feed my family for dinner. I understand that it isn't the staffs issue. Surely if this is something owners are aware of, the option to order online should be removed until the issue is fixed!!! Management...

Honestly, get yourself a tv or a screen for people to see if the order is being cooked and see which ones are ready. This is almost standard everywhere at this point and I've been sitting inside waiting and waiting for my order but no one called out. I made the order online and I mentioned that I ordered online when I first got in. I went up to the counter a second time to ask if everything was ok, apparently my order was just sitting there the whole time and no one even bothered to ask me if I was ok or what my order was. The pizza is great but after that experience, I almost didn't want to eat it. At least be a little welcoming and see if people are ok if you see them...

Ordered pizza at 6.15pm for delivery time expected was 6.59pm. We get that you get busy on a Friday night but at 7.41pm still waiting for the delivery to arrive is ridiculous. We phone to find out where it is??? Put on hold and girl comes back with its being made now!! So in other words they forgot our order wait for another 40 mins no thanks!!! Not even a sorry and I said I want a refund please so that’s means you don’t get the pizza. Yes. I know!! Used to be the “BEST” pizza and the service in the Ellenbrook, Aveley and The Vines not anymore. Very Poor service! Looking at other reviews others have had the same issue.
