Salsa's Fresh Mex Grill — Restaurant in Western Australia

I have gotten Salsas for years! I always love my chicken nachos & the delicious seasoned fries. I have always had a yummy meal here & have seen the rotation of new workers everytime over the years.

Chicken Nachos has never failed me, except a time where it was lacking quite a bit of it & seemed stingy in the amount served… therefore hadn’t had any in a long while as it wasn’t worth the pricing. Now recently as I’ve had it at least once or so for the last 2 weeks - it has been consistently with a good amount, fresh chips & all very delicious.

My only curiosity that has been consistent, is why are there amounts of tomatoes piled up in one area of the food & there’s honestly quite an amount with not enough chips ratio. I’ve always been left with bunch of tomatoes at the end of finishing my meal. Altogether, always my favourite meal to have! I should really have more variety at Salsas, till next time!

Workers don’t seem in high spirits.. they look sad & very reserved within the workplace. I’ve worked at restaurants & managed, I understand it can be stressful.. but even being served & how I’ve observed other customers being served - there wasn’t once a smile from them.. In addition, the same person I was served by on all my visits, was the same thing even if I smiled or had a giggle back. There was manners & good service with requests! It just makes me sad personally having an off feeling in a workplace.. doesn’t feel as welcoming & wanting to connected.. I am very disappointed in the service I received today. I work in the center so i only have 30 minutes for my lunch break. As I was about to place my order I noticed the girl serving had her phone by the checkout and she was snapchatting her friends. Not only is that poor customer service to begin but I'm pretty sure your not ment to be on your mobile device especially when there was only one other member cooking and there was a few orders. I dismissed this and just shook it off. I took a seat and waited for my order to be called. 10 minutes passed nothing then 15 then 20. It hit the 25 minute mark may I remind you I only have 30 minutes break to eat and everything and the girl knew I worked in the center as when i ordered i asked how long it would take as i only have a short lunch she said no longer than 10 minutes. So when it hit the 25 minute mark he finally called my name and by then I was angry and panicked as I had to then run back to work. I am very disappointed in this as if the young girl would get off her phone and stop messing around and talking and start to help out maybe I wouldn't be writing this. NEVER EATTING AT THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN AND I WILL NOT HESITATE TO SHARE MY OPINION AROUND. The food was good so compliments to the young boy but the girl needs either a wake up call or new...

Waited ages even though no other customer but heard them talking about an uber order. Saw the girl wrap working today about 12noon wrap up my burrito then realised she put chipolte mayo which I didn't want (sour cream instead). She got a new wrap, undid the old one and just dumped the whole filling out onto the new, smushed it back into a shape, wrapped and gave it to me. Still had lots of Chipotle mayo in it.

Just gross and if that's what management are telling them to do (not start afresh) or staff think it's okay, it's a huge risk for those with allergies and intolerances.

Won't eat here again in case there is more dodgy food making practices...
