Well well well. If you’re a fan of the perfect donut then look no further because let me tell you, from the moment I walked into this store to the moment I left, I was greeted by the best staff possible. When you go to Puffin Donuts, you aren’t just buying a donut, you’re buying an experience of a lifetime. Let me tell you, I’ve never had donuts so fresh, pillowy and as soft as these. Every bite is like absolute heaven in your mouth. As a regular customer I’ve tried every donut they have to offer and it’s near impossible to choose a favourite. If I can recommend one thing it would be to give in and buy one of each!

And don’t get me started on the coffee because there’s nothing better than enjoying a nice hot coffee with a fresh donut. You’ll receive nothing less than high quality, expertly made coffee when you order here.

Let’s not forget the owner. He’s the sweetest man you’ll ever meet and makes you feel like a friend. I love our good chats every time I come in; it really makes you feel like a valued customer when he remembers details about what you previously said. Even when he’s visibly busy he still makes an effort to make you feel welcomed. He, alongside his staff, show genuine passion about what they do and I, as an esteemed foodie, can say with full confidence that if you’ve yet to try this donut place then you’re missing out.

The donut was not fresh at all. Neither it tastes better. I wish i would have brought it from Woolworths, the donut from puffin was that bad.

[Review revised after owner’s first comment] ~ i am surprise to know that you even make fresh donuts. Because i haven’t got one. Also, you don’t need to highlight “PERTH” with the uppercase because it would not going to help you in maintaining freshness in donut. I hope you get stale donuts in your dreams!

Dry donuts, terrible glaze.

When this place first opened years ago the glaze was thick and delicious.

They have changed it to dry, cracking glaze (cheapened out on ingredients). It looks like it's nice glaze until you only realise after purchase it's dry and completely comes off the donut like a separate shell.

The Woolworths donuts are glazed better and half the price.

I tried this place over 20 times hoping it was a mistake but it's not, quality is 0 stars for the price. You've raised your prices and cut down on ingredients. Quick way to lose business.
