Went there this evening, just before 7pm, not one person in the store. I could hear a conversation in the back room. A blonde young girl came out to serve me but by the body language, wasn't happy. She mumbled when she asked about my salad, tossed or placed, she wasn't happy repeating herself. The salad and my hubby's BLT was made with so much filling, can't complain about the food. But she cut my tomatoe and cucumber on a dirty bench with a dirty knife that was left out, then cut my hubby's with same knife and placed it on bench for next custom. There was a note about leaving a good review to boost your ratings. All I can say, smile, be happy to serve the people who pay your wage, there was no excuse for a dirty bench and reusing a dirty knife. The quesadillas, which are $2.50 each at almost every other store I have been to; cost $5.50 here!! If you have not had a quesadilla, they are a tortilla cut in half with a small amount of cheese, capsicum and chipotle sauce. Even if you order two, they are not equivalent to a full 6 inch sub. I questioned the price to make sure it was correct and was told that it was. You can get a sub for less than 2 quesadillas! I asked if there was any possible way if I could get a refund for the remaining amount and she stated because they don’t have the receipt and there’s no solution for what they can do. I said in the future please don’t over charge your customers because it’s unfair on them. She hanged up immediately. I used to work at subway as well, you CAN check the receipts.
