This is the best Subway Store I have ever been in , staff are friendly and food is always fresh and tasty , Recommend them highly Always go for Sunday Tea There . The Young Lady on that shift is very friendly ,great customer service She is simply the best! 22/08/2021 They have just update store with new image , looks good , same great service : Update may 29th 2022 I stopped going to this store a few months ago , the Quality was dropping , nether the less I thought I would give this store another go today , But entering the store loud boom boom music , out of my favourite chicken teriyaki , the freshness of bread seemed to be questionable , overall was not a quality product at all , Fast food should always be about freshness and Quality , and unfortunately this store did not once again live up to expectations of what used to be a great store . I have visited this shop number of times , When visiting a restaurant, it's expected that the prices are clearly displayed and that customers are charged accordingly. If there are any discrepancies, customers should be notified beforehand and given the option to proceed with their purchase or not. Unfortunately, it seems that this Subway has failed to meet these basic standards.

It's also concerning that this has happened to me on multiple occasions. It's important for restaurants to take customer feedback seriously and work towards improving their practices. Overcharging customers without informing them is not a sustainable business model and will eventually lead to customers seeking out alternative options.

Overall, it's disappointing to see that this Subway has consistently overcharged me without any prior notice. I would recommend people to ask for and to check the receipt very time visit this...

I don't know if ( Stephanie s ) Just didn't want to be at work today or just learning, but definitely the worst service I've had at this subway. We go at least two times a week here and this is the worst!!! She didn't know the menu or even how to make our meal, my wife ordered the ultimate cheesey with meatballs, she girl attempted to make some weird sort of garlic bread thing. I didn't even get anything like what I attempted to order when I asked her she said oh you can't make that, I showed her the picture on the menu board and she said and I quote oh I guess and just slapped them together $60 meal on this I think not. Eother she has no training or no care for quality. Don't even know what the manager was doing or if she was even there. I guess my wife is now enjoying some sort of salad bowl thing with soggy bread.
