I recently visited The Parade Hotel in Bunbury, and I must say it was an absolutely wonderful dining experience! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the incredibly welcoming and friendly staff. They went out of their way to make sure we felt comfortable and were well taken care of throughout the evening. Their service was truly top-notch, making the entire visit even more enjoyable.
The food menu at The Parade Hotel is impressive, offering a wide range of delicious options to suit everyone’s tastes. I was particularly amazed by the generous portion sizes and the incredible flavors in each dish. The schnitzel was perfectly cooked—crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside—while the fish and chips were light, fresh, and flavorful, rivaling some of the best I’ve ever had. The pizza selection was outstanding as well, with a beautiful balance of toppings and a crust that was just the right combination of soft and crunchy.
Not to be overlooked, the pastries were absolutely divine! They were fresh, sweet, and baked to perfection, making for a perfect ending to our meal. The variety on the menu really sets this restaurant apart, as there is truly something for everyone.
The outdoor seating area adds to the charm, offering a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. The restaurant was bustling with people who seemed to be thoroughly enjoying their meals, and it was clear why this place is so popular. It’s the perfect spot to sit back and take in the beautiful views while enjoying some of the best food in Bunbury.
Overall, The Parade Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Whether you’re looking for a casual bite or a special meal out, this is the place to go. Highly...
Read moreDon't let the nice riverfront pictures fool you. Let me unfold the most bizarre experience with a hotel.
As I planned to arrive after 7pm, I called multiple times to inform in advance, reaching no one each time. A bad sign, but I figured their restaurant opens till 9pm, so I'd be fine.
When we arrived, the glass front door was locked. Peeking inside, 2 pallets of dirty sheets were stacked in the middle of a dimly lit lobby, which didn't look presentable or operational. A notice outside listed an emergency number for guests, which I called promptly. No answer, to my dismay.
After 10min of standing in freezing rain, I was convinced that Expedia listed a closed down hotel in error. Just as I was to find a new hotel, a staff appeared from inside, walking towards me. Savior! I knocked on the glass door, eye contact made, and only a few feet from me, he turned and disappeared.
Confused and shocked, I questioned my own existence for a min. Refusing to believe hope lapsed, I kept knocking, until he reappeared, promptly turning his back to me and walked away.
I blanked for a sec. Where am I?
Eventually, a female staff opened the door. A group of staff were partying and drinking in the restaurant area at business hours, so no one bothered. One girl unhappily checked me in (as I stood next to dirty sheets), complained about my signature and gave me the same emergency number. I explained the number didn't work, she gave me a dirty look and answered: anyways, that's...
Read moreMy Partner and I booked for 1 night we had to cancel due to work and anyway Michelle who I spoken to was awesome the customer service we received from her was amazing she is a legend anyway she refunded me and then we ended up re booking again calling Michelle again on the day to rebook the night and then rebooking a extra night as well. Poor girl she was probably over me calling her so much but she was friendly and so helpful. We checked into the hotel and up a couple flights of stairs to our room 3. The room was a extra large king room with Balcony overlooking the water. The bed was ok but it was 2 beds put together so u had the gap in the middle which was uncomfortable on the 2nd night. The room had kettle and coffee tea facilities but not enough milk for 2 nights and hardly enough toiletries for 2 nights 1 soap 1 shampoo and 1 conditioner 1 body wash 1.5 rolls of toilet paper. No phone in the room to order food from the menu which was annoying had to call on my mobile but they didn't answer the phone at all so we couldn't be bothered going downstairs to order so we just ordered menu log. Would we stay again probably not but maybe we would go eat in there next time. Upon checkout there was noone to see to get your $200 room deposit back and you just put the room key card in the key box. Called Michelle and she said money will be returned when they check. Anyway thanks so much Michelle...
