We took my partners child down after a procedure. After not being able to eat properly all he wanted was some chips and gravy. It took over 30 minutes after ordering to receive this. In the meantime they served people who ordered after us because they had ordered burgers and they wanted to get those orders out first - which made no sense to me or another customer who was having the same experience. I have been buying their burgers since they opened and todays burger was such a disappointment. The burger patty was so small it didn’t touch any of the edges - size wise - they used to be palm sized and now they would be half that size - also they no longer butter the rolls and the sauce was dolloped in the middle and spread out to maybe a 20cent piece in size. For $11 it didn’t really offer value for money. We waited 30 minutes for a chicken burger, fries and a drink…. Multiple people who ordered after us were handed their meals, most of them being 2 or 3 meals each person. I asked when our order was going to be ready which took a couple more minutes after me checking in. No explanation was given, when I went up to collect the food they had forgotten the drink so I had to wait and ask for that. The staff I had interacted with were nice and the food was good.
