Coffee Sisters — Restaurant in Success

I have been a long term customer at Coffee Sisters - I am there multiple times a week since they first opened in Success. I honestly cannot fault the coffee, the food, the service. Supporting local business is so important to me and the staff here make driving through in the morning the perfect start to my day. The friendliness and all round vibe of the staff is beyond anything I have really experienced as a local customer. I know many of the staff by name and my dog knows exactly what it means when I say we’re going to get coffee! They’ve just introduced some Christmas inspired coffee including Biscoff Lattes and a new Christmas yoghurt and strawberry combo and their Biscoff Latte is my new favourite! I’ve always loved Christmas inspired foods and flavours so I was there buying a coffee the moment I found out they were trying something fun and new! Thanks for brightening my day. Customer service is atrocious from the blonde owner - very rude and arrogant when I raised a valid complaint. She ranted and justified the behaviour of another customer who blatantly pushed in front of myself and another vehicle. Told me in a very sarcastic tone that she was “sorry” I had to wait an extra 30 seconds for my coffee. Actually not the point as this driver drove in quite aggressively (in a very recognisable vehicle with distinctive plates) and parked in a no parking zone where quite often kids are running in and out of - very dangerous- and was still served!! The “30 second wait” didn’t actually worry me, it was the behaviour of the driver. I couldn’t get a word in through her rant so, unfortunately for the owner, there are plenty of other coffee places in Cockburn to get my daily coffee from, as they have now lost a very loyal, regular customer. This Shop is located close to me. Can pull in and order takeaway to go or they have a seating area out the front. I tend to just go here from time to time as it is sometimes a bit hit and miss. Sometimes food and drinks are tasty and great and other times they get my order wrong. Nothing worse than ordering a cup of white tea with a couple of sugars only to find out when I am down the road heading down the freeway, that they didn't add milk or they didn't add the sugar. Have also had a few occasions that the tea was way too hot to drink. I know from others though that they do a really good coffee. I was also surprised at last visit that they no longer sell soft drinks....heading into summer they may want to consider bringing back this option. One good thing is always friendly service and it...
