Zarraffa's Coffee Clarkson — Restaurant in Western Australia

I own a small business so I take reviews seriously!

I’ve been coming to this location for over 1 year since moving to Clarkson and disappointing the service has been consistently incompetent. I know that sounds harsh but they get my order wrong consistently and today refused to remake my coffee hence prompting this review.

The staff are nice, no issue there, but 90% of the time they get my coffee order wrong and even after 1 year still don’t know my coffee order.

I worked in a coffee shop in the city, it’s really not that difficult to get double shot almond latte correct.

They either use the wrong milk or don’t add the extra or sometimes decide to add sugar. All over the shop!

Again, the people are nice but I’ll no longer be attending this location and instead driving to Curranbine because I’m over the awkward requests and wait times to have my...

Str bucks have just earned a customer. EFTpos down apparently two signs sorry didn’t see those at all but I was not made aware on the speaker. I go everyday so asked as they’d already made it if I could have and pay tomorrow as I don’t have cash. Staff either could not be bothered asking or weren’t allowed all I got was blank faces and shrugs and telling me well there’s a sign. I said what happens to the coffee they said we chuck out the errors I said so you’d rather chuck it out than just give to me and I will pay extra tomorrow. They said they can’t which I do appreciate they may not be allowed to make that call but instead of asking management I had to ask for them who also point blank said no or we’d have to do it for everyone! Absolutely rude. The chick with the red/dark hair with tattoos (butterfly tattoo) was disgustingly rude this morning. We came through drive through & had to repeat out order 3 times. So we ended up driving through to the window to speak, she then snapped at us and stated that we werent talking loud enough (i ended up repeating my voice very loudly so i knew she could hear me) and when i explained that i have a sleeping baby in my car so i cant shout, she then gave lots of attitude and laughed at me to her co workers. I always come to this coffee shop, yet now i feel very inclined to not ever give my service here again when i get treated like this.
