McDonald's — Restaurant in Wodonga

In Wodonga's McDonald's, two baristas did dwell, With a quandary that had them under a spell. They couldn't decide, for the life of them, Whether to dress as men or women Hamburgalars, amen!

One said, "I'll don the striped tights and the tutu, I'll be a sassy, feminine Hamburgalar, it's true!" The other replied, "Nay, I'll dress as a masculine hunk, With a mustache and a fedora, I'll be a manly Hamburgalar, no bunk!"

They argued and debated, but couldn't come to a conclusion, Until one day, a customer's wise suggestion, "Be both," he said with a grin, "Gender doesn't define a Hamburgalar's win!"

And so the baristas dressed in a way that felt right, A mix of masculine and feminine, a beautiful sight. They served up coffee and burgers with pride, With their Hamburgalar outfits as unique as the tide.

Ordered 4 meals. Asked for frozen raspberry. Handed drinks and were not informed raspberry frozen not available. Discovered on the drive home. Ordered 10 nugget meal - arrived home to find no nuggets.

Called - spoke to manager. Offered nugget meal voucher. Asked if they could have food delivered as I don’t feel their lack of quality assurance for basic food check should mean I have to get back in the car. Declined.

Asked them to email the voucher - no only available in store. Said I didn’t want to have to go back.

Onsite manager has nothing else to do except say sorry for inconvenience. Said supervisor could call but ask she oversees 3 restaurants unsure when that would even be.

No comments about appreciating feedback or going to fix the problem.

Food quality is poor - chips tasted like old oil.

Poor experience and ruined our night.

Suggestion - at least refund the money. This is non-compliant with Australian...

The staff are everything to me if I'm at a restaurant and the staff aren't friendly that just makes my experience not good. I really think that the McDonald's staff are absolutely exceptional, they have a tough job always being friendly always smiling always being helpful I really think that they deserve rewards and praise and free gifts in any other sort of encouragement that could be imagined our young people deserve to be mentored and be looked after and encouraged because otherwise I'll drive to be grumpy old people haha.
