If I could rate it any worse I would , ate from there on Saturday night , both my partner and I ended up with food poisoning , we let them know and asked for a partial refund , to which they agreed to us picking up said refund the Monday after as we were still sick ALL Sunday , they agreed and then when we went to pick up the partial refund they blatantly refused , got aggressive with my partner , told her to sue them if we wanted our money that bad , told us we need to now fill in an incident report due to the behaviour of the staff and wait for a response from head office , i will never eat here again , and I strongly suggest if you don’t want to end up hospitalised with food poisoning that you don’t eat here either , extremely disappointing for a company I’ve bought from many times and never had a problem , should’ve known to stick to traditional Italian pizza places , this place is...

No gloves. I went in to pickup my pizza, they were handling the pizza dough with their bare hands, compressing and shaping on the bench. I told them I don’t want the pizza, they told me that they used hand sanitiser; now the chemicals from the hand sanitiser is going into the dough, along with the dead skin cells from their hands, and build up from under their finger nails. He also had very very long nails, which I think is apart of his culture. Can’t imagine what goes into the dough… they told me he will make another one with gloves. After eating it i did taste something awful which i think was hand sanitiser. Had to spit it out. I can still taste it. Makes me think that they did not remake the pizzas. Only ate half. Lost trust with this place. Never again. Yuk. They did give a free can to make up for it but sorry, it...
