Tokyo Sushi — Restaurant in Wollongong City Council

The Japanese food here is a bang for your buck, it serves ramen and udon to the classic sushi. I bought a bargain deal of two Volcano boxes for $15, the presentation is eye-catching and mouth-watering. Besides the one piece with just plain avocado, each piece had a perfect blend of spice, meat and the soothing coldness of the rice. Majority of the meats consisted of fake crab though I'm a fan for fake crab and mayonnaise so it doesn't bother me. I loved the tempura prawn rolls hidden underneath a generous heap of crab and drizzled sriracha. The crunch of the tempura surprised me whilst savouring the crab on top, a great addition!
