Bad Food, and Unfair. I dont normally complain, or write bad reviews, and am very careful not to bad-name a business, but this needs to be said. We ordered a meal here today, and the Chicken was so stringy that we were concerned we would choke on it, so much so that we threw it out. I rang back and politely explained this, and asked if they would be willing to replace the meal to honor the bad food? The reply was that we cant give you a refund or a free meal on top!! I said, im not asking for a refund, and explained that if i was a resteraunt owner, and a customer politely told me that the meal was not good, that I would honor them with at least a replacement meal, as that would be the right thing to do. I remained calm and polite the whole time i was on the phone, and mentioned a second time that out of fairness this would be the right thing to do. But the reply was the same. I wasnt able to ring back after we arrived home with the meal as the shop was shutting just after i picked it up. So i rang back when they reopened later. They also said that the chicken is normally stringy, and this is true to some degree, but this was really bad... and as i wrote here already and mentioned to them, so stringy i was concerned we would choke on it, especially my disabled partner who this could be life threatening if she choked, but myself also in good health. Now im no food snob, and usually accept a meal thats just ok, but this was too much. I wish i didnt have to write this review as i feel bad doing this, but i think its more important that people need to know this, and for you to understand that there is a at least a 'minimum standard' for food safety. To be fair, i rang you back to resolve this, but your uncaring reply for your customers has left me only this choice. The meal i threw out for the birds, which pecked around the edges, but even the birds left all the stringy knots of meat (or whatever that was). Worst resteraunt/take away meal, and non fairness ive ever...

I am replying to your reply to GypsySteve who posted a review here yesterday. He is an honest person. I had this meal with him. Its not that we dont like this meal, we threw it out to the birds, because we were dissapointed with such a bad batch. When he spoke to you on the phone, he offered to return the stringy mess the birds left behind to prove how unusual this chicken meat was, but the answer was still no. I have also never seen chicken so stringy before too, and am confused as to what part of the chicken meat this would be, unless it was the string that ties the chickens legs together. It was unbreakable. As a local customer, we expect you to have some trust in our honesty. But that shouldnt even be questioned ...when a customer gives you feedback that they had a bad batch, the right and honest thing to do as a resteraunt is to at least offer another meal, without the need to prove it. This would have cost you very little in ingredients, and for good customer relations. Ive noticed from other low reviews of your resteraunt that there have been other similar issues for other customers, and that you offerered nothing in compensation. We are trying to share with you that this is how things are usually done in resteraunts and that care for others and trust in their word (especially your customers) is why most of us will come back again. The way you conduct yourself to others will show us locals if you are a person of integrity. If you Treat others how you would like to be treated, then that kindness will come...

Literally the best Chinese I've ever had in my entire life. We had a large group with small children, for a birthday and had honey and lemon chicken, Mongolian lamb, stir fried vegies, fried rice and salt and pepper tofu. The dishes were fresh, crispy and Absolutely delicious. I've been to many different Chinese restaurants but this would definitely have to be the nicest Chinese food I've ever had! My grandma won't eat any others now. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and were helpful and friendly by both keeping and accommodating the birthday cake and items. Thankyou!...
