Excellent food, good atmosphere and people vibe make it a pleasure. Patrons love it with the friendly staff. Each morsel is savoured. Entrees are all so yummy. Soups are delicious particularly prawn Tom Yum Goong. Curries done with delectable sauce. Massaman curry is a must have, every now and again. Uniquely done with proper slow cook stewing beef in very large chunks keeps in flavour, meat stewed texture, juices, is tender, accompanied with large half potatoes done al dente. Soft shell crab is another favourite. Stir fries are great. Anything with prawns is sure to please, large prawns with tail on, are delicious. Roast Pork belly chef's special has pork crunch and mix of vegetables stir fried. These are just some dishes I tried. Too many dishes to talk about, still working my way through the menu in my first year of dining at Siam Terrace. I noticed it's popular for extended families with kids and grandparents, groups of middle aged or elderly friends, or young adult student groups, couples. I dine solo and just blend in! Sitting watching, lots of people come in and collect take away. Prices are good too, good value. Some Al fresco outside...

Good food, terrible customer service

Yes, they had yummy food but my friend and I experienced terrible customer service. I had a cockroach crawl on the back of the seat I was sitting on and had to kill it. They only moved us to the next table - however a second cockroach crawled on the table all around our plates. They then moved us to another table but did not take care of the cockroach. My friend and I went to ask for a discount because of the two cockroaches crawling near us and near our food but the manager said, "No, the cockroaches didn't didn't come out of your food so no discount." And we said, "Look, we're not asking for free meals but that was just poor hygiene and ruined my appetite for the rest of my food, we would at least like a discount." And this manager simply stated, "No, no discount. It didn't come out of your food. No discount!" My friend and I left, with a horrible experience and a lost appetite for the food we didn't finish. My friend and I will definitely not be coming back for a second helping of cockroaches and bad customer service,...

The ordering online was easy. The delivery driver was friendly and the meal was made in a timely manner.

I rang to check on the delivery as I had never ordered from your restaurant before and wasn't sure if it had gone through all ok. The lady who answered the phone (was a little hard to understand) but very polite and friendly.

I will def be ordering from you again and when covid 19 lockdowns lift and we can eat in, I for sure will be coming on to your restaurant to support you.
