The Rusty Udder Bar — Restaurant in Wyong

To the owner of the Tavern. I was very disappointed and very upset with how the manager handle my booking. I turn up for dinner at 6.30pm and was told that my booking was not on the list which I have made since 11am that morning then I was direct to the top top floor patio with no one there but just us so I decided to speak to the manager and ask him what is the point of me making a booking when my booking was not there and I end up with a seating area with no one around. Is this how you treat your customer??? After I did complain I then got moved down to the second floor with people around this time but the point I'm trying to make is that the manager need to take responsibility for his mistake and he should not treat any customer like he treated us. I was planning to have my Christmas party with my staff's there but I won't be going back...

Went to the Rusty Udder for the first time on the weekend for a 90th birthday party. I found the staff friendly enough but the lack of toilet facilities was incredible. I'm not sure how an establishment that serves food and alcohol can be allowed not to have toilet facilities on the actual premises. I did look for toilets on the premises but couldn't find any and when I asked where they were staff told me to go outside. I had an 91yr old man with Parkinson's disease on a walker that I had to take to the toilet. By the time we got outside, down a ramp, across a one way road, up another ramp to the toilet we were both exhausted and then had to do the same in reverse to go back. We went to the carpark and left. Won't be going back...

Had dinner at the Rusty Udder with my wife last night and was very disappointed as I had not been back for a wee bit ..I’m a local. I had an overpriced Cheese Burger that was as dry as you could possibly imagine, fries were good, but who can’t cook premade fries! The menu is so basic as to be very uninspiring ...and an excuse of covit-19 is no excuse as the venue was busy as it always is on Trivia night. Staff were fine. I have been to this venue on quite a few occasions in the past and have found that whilst the decor is interesting, the food quality is not ...they just don’t seem to get the food side of things right from day one. I probably will not eat there again, but will visit the bar...
