Was in today a Saturday at 1020. Was no customer service at all staff weren’t concerned by the people standing around waiting to pay for orders. One girl was directing people to the auto tellers without any expression on her face as if we were the problem with their service. We wanted the 24 nuggets for $10 promo that is plastered all over their building but couldn’t find it on the screen. When we eventually got her attention to help and she saw for herself her answer was it’s not 1030 yet you can’t get it we are still in breakfast menu. Now I may be wrong but I’m sure in the time we were waiting it had ticked over to 1030 but besides that McDonalds have been advertising for months no more specific times for menus order day or night etc. This is just one of the issues with this visit we noticed that they have removed all their tellers except one tablet. How is this efficient when some people like to pay cash? Read moreI am normally easy going when it comes to food service, but I have come to the conclusion that Young McDonalds is quite possibly the worst McDonalds in NSW. It seems every time I visit here, I am disappointed in a new and confusingly awful way. You want a cup of water with your meal? Don't come here; you have to pay out the nose. Want clean, unsticky floors? Don't come here, it's filthy. Want friendly customer service? Prepare to enter an atmosphere of seeming contempt; they don't want to hear your feedback. They have recently taken the registers from the counters and force you to order through a convoluted self-serve machine, which wouldn't allow us to order a latte for some reason?

Read moreThe bad experience starts from driving into the drive thru. I start my order and before I can say what else I want they ask if that's all. Trying to hurry me up and get them off the timer. No upselling, just blatant rudeness towards me.
I then proceed to pay and I get my order. I've started checking my items in the drive thru waiting bay now because they ALWAYS give me the wrong item. Multiple times I've ordered a double quarter pounder and I receive a regular. It happens every time I order, it's almost like they're deliberately trying to rip people off.
Food is always old. Kids meals always have cold chips, and nuggets. 24 pack nuggets come with half cold and half fresh. Sauces are always left out and so are napkins. AVOID...
