Hofkeller — Restaurant in Bad Gastein

This is a traditional styled restaurant to relax and enjoy an evening with friends after a hard day of skiing. We ordered the meat fondue and the service was friendly and efficient. The atmosphere was very nice as well. Good selection of meat for the fondue but the oil was too hot so we had to be very careful not to overcook the beef and veal. Cheese fondue tasted quite bland and its consistency was a bit off. It didnt really stick to the dipped bread at all. 🤭 Everything else - hot stone meats & raclettes was spot on though....
