Rossalm — Restaurant in Bad Gastein

Had to wait for 1hour and 30 minutes for my burger and a beer.. asked 5 times for my beer and they still did not bring it.. another guy who just arrived got his beer within 10 minutes.. when I went to complain a guy who was working there just walked away in the middle of our conversation.. I went after him and he said wait or leave. I gave him 5 minutes. After 5 minutes I left. It took too long. While I was leaving they brought my ordered burger, but I didnt need it anymore. Never ever again....

Despite located the lowest on the mountain this is where you will get the tastiest food in the whole Stubnerkogel / Schlossalm area. It's one of the few places where you know that they don't cook from the cheapest ingredients - the quality is there. Standouts: burger,...

I didn't enjoy the food at all. I had broth and a burger and everything was salty to the point of being barely edible.

The staff was nice and the toilets were clean (at least).

I was here last year and the food was amazing, I have no idea...
