JUFA Hotel Fürstenfeld — Restaurant in Fürstenfeld

We got a room when we arrived at night and going in to the room it was absolutely disgusting from previous guests. Not cleaned at all and the bed was in a state with brown filthy sheets. We went down to change room and the lady at the desk did not even apologise but got us a new room. In the morning we were woken up by ants who are all over the bed and on us. The floor was covered with ants. Went down again at 9 am and asked the staff to get this sorted while we went for breakfast. Got to the room again and the ants were still there. Go down to tell them again and he says the staff is on the way. They hadn't still come at 15 PM when we were leaving for a wedding and I told the front desk that they had to fix the ant invasion before we get back. Fine sorted at night when we were back. Next thing that happened was that they charge you by person and not by the room. So for a filthy room with no A/C , no fridge and filled with ants the charge us 100 e per night....

Wir, 3 Familien hatten 3 Nächte gebucht. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Zimmer sind groß genug für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder (hab schon in kleinere Zimmer von Jufa übernachtet). Aber das wichtigste ist Sauberkeit und das war‘s wirklich. Das Frühstück war wie in jedem Jufa, nichts besonderes aber trotzdem lecker. Jedoch muss ich eines Bemängeln. In der Mitte bei den Chafing Dish, ist die Beleuchtung zu niedrig. Meine Tochter und eine Freundin haben sich schwer beim hochheben des Deckels verbrannt. Die Beleuchtung ist sehr heiß!!! Und der Abstand von Deckel und Beleuchtung zu gering. Vielleicht kann man die durch LED ersetzt?! Die sind meiner Meinung nach nicht so heiß das man sich verbrennt. Die Servicekräfte und Kellner sind überaus freundlich 1+. Mein Kind hat Kakao verschüttet und ich wollte es weg wischen, worauf gleich wer kahm und meinte:“ich soll weiter Frühstücken für das bin doch ich zuständig.“ Wow. Sehr sehr zuvorkommend. Ein Ausflug ins Freibad lohnt sich, da es Europas größtes Freibad ist und man gratis (bei Buchung Jufa Urlaub) baden kann. Der Außenbereich der Anlage ist gepflegt und für Kinder ausreichend. Die Kletterwand im Hotel gehört einem Verein der nur Dienstags von 18:00 -21:00 für Urlauber geöffnet hat. Jedoch in der Jufa Internetseite nicht so beschrieben wird!!!Schade eigentlich. Den Kindern hatte es sehr gut gefallen die wollten jeden Tag klettern. Die Vereinsmitglieder (Klettern ) waren sehr freundlich und hatten mit den Kids sehr viel Spaß. Danke nochmals an Marion. Am späten Nachmittag hatten wir nach einem Ausflug Abendessen telefonisch bestellt. Das war überhaupt kein Problem (6 Erwachsene und 6 Kinder). Uns hatte es sehr geschmeckt. Die neu renovierten Kegelbahnen (4x) befinden sich im Keller. Top 👍 Anlage und sehr schöner Raum mit einer Bar das uns alles der nette Kellner Robin auf Wunsch gezeigt hatte. We are have been staying at the hotel for 3 nights in a row the hotel location, service and stuff is just awesome. Everything went perfect and we loved everything here. We moved to different rooms type. I highly recommend the hotel to families with young kids and for couples looking for relax and perfect service. The apartments and the rooms is very clean and large. Food and service are just excellent especially the breakfast was complete with all you need to hit your day. Thanks for everyone who works at the hotel they did a great job. We have more two nights ahead to stay...
