The two stars are for the waiter Petyo, the rest was appalling experience from start to finish. This is the 3rd year visiting this restaurant and it will be our last. From the moment I made the booking I was disrespected and treated like a liar. I made the booking on line, I was asked to provide my card details to secure the reservation, which I did. Few weeks later I received an email informing me that the reservation will be cancelled because I have not provided my details. I replied straight away with my details again and it took few emails back and forth to sort this out. At the end I asked for 6pm reservation but was given 5.45 with 10min allowence to attend. Anyway, previous years we had good experience so I put up with the whole shit show. When we attended, they told us we have 2 hours slot, I thought fair enough its Christmas eve. The food was horrible! My glass salmon risotto was the most tastless food with a porrige like rice which was so raw that I had grains stuck between my teeth. My daughter spare ribs, costing €30 or so were from packaged cheap ones Lidl like. My son who loves burgers didnt even eat half of it as the meat was raw and my husband's duck breast was chewy like a shoe sole. The worst of all after 1hrs exactly while we were still eating a waiter came to our table and took our plates clearly seeing that what he was asking in german we didnt understand, but still took our plates as there were people waiting. All in all we barely managed to enjoy our Christmas eve and were gently made to leave after only 1hr and a bill of €140. Wir waren gestern mit Freunden hier zu Gast. Unser Kellner war eher verhalten (das haben wir aber leider so von vielen Österreichern erlebt, wirklich freundlich und warmherzig sind hier die wenigsten gewesen). Als ich fragte, ob ich eine etwas kleinere Portion Käsespätzle haben könnte, weil diese nun sehr mächtig sind und ich wirklich gerne noch einen Nachtisch essen wollte, kam direkt ein "Nein" mit der Begründung, dass würde in der Küche nicht gehen. Aha. Warum konnte man mir nicht erklären, ich hätte auch den vollen Preis bezahlt für die kleinere Portion, Hauptsache es muss nichts weggeworfen werden. Letztendlich habe ich daher ein "etwas" leichteres Gericht ausgewählt. Dieses war auch binnen 5-6 Minuten nach Bestellung da. Die Qualität war durchweg gut (auch die des Fleisches) allerdings war mein Essen lauwarm als es am Tisch serviert wurde, sodass ich es zwar direkt sehr gut essen konnte, es aber dann irgendwann während des Essens kalt wurde. Kalte Schweinemedaillons mit kalten Spätzle sind jetzt nicht soooo lecker, muss ich leider gestehen. Ein zumindest warmes Essen in den gusseisernen Pfännchen wäre wünschenswert gewesen. Wir bestellten anschließend alle 4 noch den Kaiserschmarrn. Diesen kann man LOCKER!!! zu zweit oder dritt essen. Schade, dass man darauf erst NACH dem Versuch diesen irgendwie halbwegs leer zu bekommen hingewiesen wird. Gefühlt bekam jeder von uns 1 Kilo Teig in einer Pfanne serviert. Das ist einfach nach einem normalen Hauptgericht überhaupt nicht schaffbar, auch wenn wir alle gute Esser sind. Der Preis von 14 € ist bei dieser Portion absolut ok, nur hätten wir uns VORHER eine Aufklärung des Kellners gewünscht. Als er alle Pfannen mit halbvollem Inhalt abräumen musste, weil keiner mehr konnte meinte er nur "Ja das reicht immer locker für 2-3 Personen aus". Fand ich schon etwas frech das im Nachhinein noch zu erwähnen, grenzt schon etwas an Abzocke der Gäste. Von der Verschwendung der Lebensmittel mal...

Not worth the price. Service was horrible, food also not worth the price. I ordered a ceaser salad but saw it included fish (shrimp and salmon) which I'm allergic to (and is normally never in a caesar salad!). Found our my mistake after 5 minutes and wanted to change the order. This was a really big deal and 'not possible'. After a lot of discussion they solved it but the food we had was really bad. The kids didn't finish their chicken nuggets because they were so tasteless (very dry indeed). Our schnitzel was also really dry.....how can you even screw up these...
