Für mich ein absolutes Highlight. Ich esse in der Regel auswärts kein Steak, da ich beim Garpunkt "medium-rare" wenig Kompromisse mache. Hier war das Fleisch bisher immer perfekt und auf den Punkt gegart. Ich finde es toll, dass man sie Beilagen separat kombinieren da, da ich z.B. am liebsten ausschließlich Gemüse esse und in anderen Restaurants immer etwas zurück gehen lassen muss. Tipp: ehe Beilagen Portionen sind reichlich, also bestellt bei mehreren einer die wedges und einer das Gemüse, das reicht für beide! Die Wirtsleute sind super herzlich und es spricht für das Lokal, das man seit Jahren vom gleichen Personal bedient wird.
