MEAT.art — Restaurant in Graz

Never have I ever ... been evicted from a venue ... until recently that is. Along with a whole group of like-minded Volleyballers (30-60y, f&m, all sorts of backgrounds and employs). We usually play 6-8pm and visited the venue in question for the last 90+ weeks. 6-16 people for a about 90+ minutes (closes around 10pm). I always thought that for once we bring in good money and for the second we had a good mutual appreciation. Until about a week ago, we tried to enter and the manager made it clear, that we are no longer welcome to the establishment. The reasoning was along the lines of creating a stressfull and hostile atmosphere for the waiters, with even them being afraid of us. For the stress, well, feeding 6-16 people in 90 minutes ... For the hostility, no answer to that from my side aka no idea. May this be as it is, I'm writing this review mostly because of the abismal communication skills shown. Taking our money plus tips for the better part of 2 years and then booting us from the venue without so much of an explanation or even an example is a little disturbing to say the least. So take care what you do...

When you consider visiting Hooters then you only do so partly because of the food, tho the menu is decent and hot wings, ribs and burgers are well sized, tasty and reasonably priced, the main aspect is the view that is unique to this franchise.

If you are looking for good American food, then you are better off with the big selection of burger manufacturers in Graz. But if you want a quick bite and the slightly sexist atmosphere doesn't bother you, then I can recommend Hooters over the other burger fast food chains.

To this specific Hooters location there isn't much to mention, it's like...

Speisekarte leider sehr einfallslos und langweilig! Design sowie Speisen!

Die Preise sind extrem überteuert für diese kleinen Burger(16,90€)? Der günstigste Burger 😱! Also da schmeckt jeder Burger von MC Donalds ja noch viel besser sorry!

Der Kellner wirkte sehr unmotiviert und unfreundlich (23.12 Nachmittags) wir haben uns dann das Dessert (Auswahl sehr gering, es gibt 2 Dinge) erspart und haben schnellstmöglich wieder die Flucht ergriffen!

3 kleine Getränke 1 Barbecue Burger 1 Kinder Cheeseburger 1 Pommes

stolze 50€ und 2 Stunden später wieder alle hungrig 👎

Fazit: Hooters oder Heinz war top 👍 Das neue Konzept "Meat.Art" wohl eher ein Flop!

Update: Der Vergleich mit MC Donalds war geschmacklich gemeint und nicht preislich :)

Bezüglich Trinkgeld: Wir hatten nicht die Wahl Trinkgeld zu geben, hätten wir bei diesem miesen Service auch nicht gemacht aber da wir mit Gutschein bezahlt haben, meinte der "nette Kellner" er könne uns wegen des Gutscheins kein Restgeld zurückgeben!? 😂👍

Ach sorry stimmt, die in Fett schwimmenden Mini Garnelen haben wir vergessen aufzuzählen, wahrscheinlich weil sie so eine Enttäuschung waren!!
