Ristorante Pizzeria Alforno — Restaurant in Graz

I wish I’d have listened to the reviews. Living only 5min by car away I come by this place quite often and enjoy the smell of fresh baked pizza. So today I thought that despite the reviews I’ll order a Pizza Milano with extra buffalo mozzarella on it (look how sad it looks on the picture). According to Lieferando the estimated delivery time was 30-45 minutes. After 55 min I called the restaurant and they assured me the Pizza is on its way. After 1h05min I called again and was met with unfriendliness and the information that the driver is in its way. After 1h15min I received a called and miserable looking Pizza. We've visited here a few times, but won't be going back again, place was filthy, dead flies on window sills, spiders webs, table cloth dirty, seats outside dirty. No cutlery on the table, had to take from another table. Food was good and cheap, service very friendly but just too dirty and place was empty. Die "Pizzeria" war früher mal besser. Seit der Koch gewechselt wurde, hat man keinen grund mehr vom fragwürdigen ambiente abzusehen. Eigentlich ist das "Lokal" ein Chinese, bei dem im Gastraum einfach ein paar Fischernetze aufgehängt wurden. Jetzt ist das Essen (bis auf die Pizzen) leider auch nichtmehr so gut, wodurch die negativen Eigenschaften überwiegen. Wenn man durch den Vordereingang reingehen möchte muss man sich an Alltagsalkoholikern vorbeischlängeln, durch den Hintereingang bekommt man gleich mal eine Duftfahne vom WC mit. Der Gastgarten wäre eigentlich recht schön, wenn nicht alles total runtergekommen wäre/ er keine Baustelle wäre.

Alles in allem eigentlich schade was aus dieser Location wurde, es herrscht STARKER renovierungsbedarf. Puntigamer Lampen und Schirme bringen keinen Italienischen Flair, aber woher soll der Ägyptische Chef was von Italien...
