Bretze & es geht weiter — Restaurant in Hall in Tirol

Our hotel recommended Bretze during our recent trip. It was the best during the stay - and possibly over the last 10 years of travel. The menu is not in English but our server took the time to go over it to help us figure out what would work for us. It was just excellent. Mains were fabulous but you can also say that for their sides which that is not something would usually say. Try the bread basket with the spreads. Wine recommendation was spot on. A small cozy, artsy restaurant nestled in this beautiful medieval city. Food was excellent. On the day we were there the options were broad enough for all, we had the venison (meatballs) in gravy with creamy smooth mashed potatoes and the sliced veal in gravy with potato 'knodels'.
