Very terrible service to Indians, just like many Indian restaurants in Europe. They show all their teeth to foreigners and have a long face towards Indian customers. I saw it in front of me at this restaurant. Not like we said or did anything. From the moment we entered the restaurant the welcome has been far from pleasant. First, I used a men's toilet and the flush wasn't working. When I didn't want to tell that loudly in front of other customers the rude lady waiting the tables was rude to me showing an angry face. Then the orders. "Ok orders please was the welcome to the menu - then when we asked whether they have kid-friendly food, the waiting lady was so rude that whatever option we asked for for our kids she simply said, "No we don't do that!". Then about the portion size, she was kind of being pushy about how many gravies we order - when we said two were enough for 4 adults, she was like, "it's not enough". I asked how big is the portion and she reluctantly showed her hand gesture mimicking the portion size. Then she said, if you want more food the order will take long. And then to make it easier for the restaurant and us I asked until how long the buffet is open. She said it'd close soon so whether we order buffet or ala carte it should be within 20 minutes from when we ordered. Although the restaurant was still open for another hour at least. I also told the waiting lady, "you could be friendlier to us too and not just to foreigners," she started arguing that she wasn't rude. And showed face. Because of this whole experience, I'm writing this review. It's not the first time I experience this in an Indian restaurant in Germany, Austria or France, but this restaurant, I thought might be an exception. But not! Don't recommend it for the service. Let's come to food! By the time the food was being waited the waiter changed. A guy. Very kind guy. The food he served was also great. One of the few times when we finished all the food came to a restaurant table! In short, service by that lady was bad but the food...

This place was a big disapointment. I for one was welcomed with the tired and uninterested faces of the hotel staff who didn't bother serving the incoming customers. Perhaps they were too tired of taking orders but were too happy judging what the other customers and how the other customers were eating.

I was made to sit in the inside room right besides the kitchen, where they didn't bother to start the AC. The young lady and the hipster boyman couldn't find a table for 3 in 10-15 minutes.

But the worst part was food and the flies/insects who kept hovering all over the place. I hardly took a few bites of the worst Punjabi food probably in the entire Europe and decided to cut short my dinner, but was even more shocked when I went to the washroom to wash my hands.

I wonder how these guys are keeping their license with the horrible conditions their washrooms are in, the close proximity of the washrooms and the kitchens and the hovering flies and insects.

Normally, I don't complaint about the food or service that quick but this restaurant need to improve. We had a dinner at this Restaurant. We checked the menu online, when server brought the menu we told her price are more than double what you are offering on the website. Her explanation was because of country law we have to change the prices every year " by the way there is no such country law" Its not about the money but our trust in the restaurant was already on negative side. We placed a small order. Soup was not a dal soup but a water version of water and some prices of dal. Naan was a roti costed 3 euros and butter chicken was not close to butter chicken. Service was messy "no problem it can happen". At the end server came with wallet asking for money I asked her to bring the bill. After some time she brought a hand written bill while entire evening she was working with cashier and digital bills. Copy of Bill is attached.
