The food is delicious, but keep in mind that if you leave your car in their parking lot, it may be towed. This happened to me when I arrived at the parking lot at 10:45 and went home to pick up my family so that we could all go have breakfast together for the opening, the children took a long time to get ready, and when I returned I didn’t find the car in the parking lot. As a result, plans for the whole day were thwarted and minus 315 euros for evacuation. the car was evacuated at 11.52. At 12 o'clock my family and I were in the parking lot ready to go to breakfast. The director's attitude towards clients is like that of a bad butcher towards meat. And from talking to him it seemed to me that he was a racist. I highly do not recommend it.

Von außen sieht das Lokal zunächst so aus, als ob es geschlossen wäre, was etwas abschreckend wirken kann. Doch sobald man eintritt, überrascht einen die angenehme und moderne Atmosphäre. Es ist gemütlich, sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet, was dem ganzen Restaurant eine angenehme Stimmung verleiht. Eine Besonderheit ist die Möglichkeit, die Bestellung entweder per Display am Tisch, am Automaten oder klassisch an der Kasse aufzugeben. Das erleichtert den Bestellvorgang und man kann in Ruhe entscheiden, ohne Hektik. Das Essen selbst war sehr gut, wenn auch nichts Außergewöhnliches. Die Zubereitung ging erstaunlich schnell, sodass man nicht lange warten musste. Besonders die Burger sind zu empfehlen, aber auch die Pommes und Beilagen haben geschmeckt. Ein Tipp: Bei den Pommes sollte man am besten Soßen dazu bestellen, da die Menge an Soßen sonst vielleicht etwas knapp sein könnte. Insgesamt bietet **Frankys** eine solide Mahlzeit in entspannter Atmosphäre, mit einem schnellen und modernen Bestellprozess. Ideal für eine unkomplizierte Mahlzeit, wenn man in Innsbruck unterwegs ist.

Burger was horrible, 3 snippers onion, boring little bit of sauce, and tasteless meat. The burger patty tastes like nothing, has totally no flavour. This burger was 6,80 euro. Even Mcdonalds burgers tastes way better than this. Cavapcici had a bit more flavour, but nothing special. 5 small fingers with fries. This dish cost 7,90 euro. In my opinion not worth it.

The good one is its close to the hockey stadium, you can order from machine on the wall so its easy and nice BUT no english language to pick and all people dont know German. Very nice fast food restaurant, we order 3 dishes, chicken sticks, BBQ chicken wings and cevapcici and all of them was really good and tasty. Food came out quickly and price is fairly cheap.
