Restaurant Loba — Restaurant in Ischgl

Average food and unprofessional staff. Please go somewhere else if you dont want to have an awkward/unpleasant experience. The first time we went the waiter turned us away and had a long dialogue of the restaurant reservation policy and no reservation at all for the a la carte. Two days later we tried again. Upon coming to the restaurant, we were told that the kitchen was closed. After asking why, it turns out it will be open in 20 min, so we decided to sit down and have a drink. After 5 min, the waiter (bold guy with the beard) came to take our order. My partner ordered starter and main, as for me none of the starters seemed to be appealing so I asked for grostl and loba pork dish, to what waiter asked me do I really want two main After my affirmation, he replied, "ok buddy" (not sure since when we bacame buddies .. but whatever, I was hungry). After finishing our meal and asking for the bill several times, two different waitresses, my new "buddy," brought it over. He struggled with using a card machine and after two minutes or so he succeeded, at which point he asked me would we like to add the tip, to which I repliead yes and his card machine struggle renewed, at some point he just gave up, left the card machine and went to table nearby to take the order (1st time in my life I had such a strange experience). Two minutes later I was able to pay my bill and waved for him to come back and at least check I did eveything right or at least pick up card terminal...but he ignored me, my partner tried the same , to no avail. After 10 min, we gave up and just left the restaurant. Really akward and...

A reservation is necessary, but in modern gastronomy, this is expected. ✅ When a place is this exceptional, high demand is only natural.

I visited this restaurant to make an appointment 3 days in advnace, the owner with a lady at the bar was very rude and spoke agrressively. I was shocked by the tone of voice, but left the booking as it was. The night of the booking I phoned just to make sure the booking was still in the system. He shouted the booking was cancelled by spmeone of our group, which was not the case. My wife went their as we stayd in the hotel next door, to make sure if the misunderstanding could be solved with a friendly voice .She got yelled at as well. Terrible expereience, we were in shock.
