We were a group of four adults going out for a nice dinner and later to party, we were all in a good mood and ready to have have fancy food and a lot of drinks. If the waitress would have looked our way at least one time we would have spend 3x more money on drinks but she and the other staff seemed to not care. We then got our food wich was very very good and we were super happy with it, great quality food. We sat in the restaurant for probably two hours more and still no one came to us first to get us more drinks, but we were anyway in a good company and were happy with the food so we kind of let it slide. When it came to pay we wanted to split the bill wich we asked the waitress to do, when i was paying the other half i selected to not put any tip on top because of the lousy service and then the group had talked about leave a little cash tip afterwards because of the great food. When i selcted no tip the waitress looked at me and said “wow thats so kind of you” with this super bitchy face. She was extremely rude and the group was all taken aback because of it and we ofcourse decided not to give her the cash tip. When we walked out i told another staff member that we were super unhappy with the service and rude staff. Then she said “oh, its been a really long night” 🤦🏼‍♀️ i think the restaurant owner needs to sort out his staff very soon. At least we will NEVER eat there again after...

Absolutely fantastic place: great food and very nice atmosphere.

Why only three stars?

Bartender is both deaf and blind. I sat front of him for 15 minutes. In this time frame he both failed to greet me and ask for possible drink. I got out and went to my hotel's bar, and his colleague delivered my drink in less than 15 seconds. Hotel Post's Bar 67 – Lucy's bar: 1-0.

We were party of 11 people. The head waiter was tight as a violin string – and this very stressfull atmosphere was present in all of the staff present.

Our waiter did toss the one better than the other dishes to our table, BUT he massively failed to serve drinks. He could've easily sell us two expensive champagnes and litres of Smaragd -class wines, but no. He also was sooooooo busy hasling other things, that his performance was limited in just delivering the food to the table.

Don't get me wrong – this is a world class restaurant and I've visited them often. It is sad to see that they could perform world class in every other aspect other than kitchen as well, but no. They stumble in being so darn busy that everythign else just vanishes away.

I hope the owner reads this and takes action. It would definitely...

One of the worst "Japanese" restaurants. Not worth it at all, even if it was 5 times cheaper. Service is very bad — we had to wait to be seated (we had a reservation), always waiting for the waitress to order food and the whole attitude was like: "we don't care about you, if you get out, we will find another customer".

Food is also bad. Sushi rolls were breaking when you were trying to take them — rice wasn't properly cooked. Also they looked like they were made super innacurate. Fish itself is bad quality. Tuna tartare — also with a weird taste, didn't even finish it.

Hot sake we were drinking form wine glasses which were ruining the drink itself.

The only good and tasty meal was miso soup. It was really great. And hot shrimps were okay, nothing special.

And we still don't understand why the main course was brought...

Lucy is a great option, if you don't mind spending a little money. For four people we got 4 starters, and 4 different sushi dishes including the sashimi. We did not go home on a burstingly full stomach, but rather with a pleasant feeling. The food was delicious, great miso, and some really good eel rolls, salmon too. Their soya sauce, wasabi and ginger were all of great quality, same with all of the fish we had. The service was really good, a server who had humor, and seemed happy, but unfortunately we got the wrong bill, which is why it isn't rated 5 stars. The restaurant was decorated in a nice manner, modern style, but a bit of a let down in the toilets, which weren't up to the rest of the standard. In conclusion, great food with good service, and a great modern atmosphere. Good place to go if you don't mind using a bit of cash

Nice restaurant with lovely ambiance and friendly service. The dishes were all generally fresh and tasty with no specific standouts. The sushi rolls were good and the sashimi was nice. The beef tartar and caviar starter was a bit confusing to eat. The pomme allumettes were very separate to the dish and we were not sure how we were supposed to eat it together with the tartar. The sauce was very runny and no spoon was provided and we were also unsure of they were for the fries or the tartar? The yolk in the poached egg on top was unfortunately overcooked and not runny which was a shame. Overall still a tasty meal, but we wouldn't return.
