I visited this trattoria-pizzeria three times in the past few days, and unfortunately, my overall experience has been very disappointing.
On my first evening, everything went quite well: I had a filet that was decently prepared, and my girlfriend enjoyed a pizza. The following night, we returned, aware that after 9:30 pm only pizza is served. We accepted this rule, ordered two pizzas, and although they were a bit too salty, we still had a fairly pleasant evening. After these two visits, we had already spent well over €100.
However, on our third visit, things went very wrong. My girlfriend arrived at 9:26, and we were seated by 9:30. At 9:31, we were told that it was already too late to order anything other than pizza. Despite our loyalty and the money we had spent in the previous nights, there was no flexibility, no sense of hospitality, and no willingness to treat us as valued customers.
We decided to leave, feeling frustrated and poorly treated. A restaurant should not only serve food but also show respect, understanding, and care for its guests. Sadly, this place failed completely...
