To me, a restaurant experience is defined by its service before anything else, followed by the food itself.

When service is exceptional—marked by warm smiles and kind words—it has the power to elevate the enjoyment of even average-tasting food.

The food, in this case, was undoubtedly delicious. The restaurant's mountainous surroundings added to the pleasant atmosphere. However, the primary reason for my two-star review lies in the service.

My decision to share this review was delayed until a particular incident left me feeling unwelcome during a second visit with my family, including children. Imagine a waiter implying that our order wasn't enough for a family of eight. This behavior is inappropriate for a respectable establishment. She basically said ( you are 8 people and you ordered only 3 coffee and 2 dessert !.?. are you sure you it is enough for all of you in a cheap voice !. ) .

Furthermore, the same staff member unnecessarily emphasized a child spilling cake on the table. Such incidents are normal for kids.

As someone seeking relaxation, I expected a restaurant with a 4.7-star rating to provide kind treatment. Regrettably, this establishment didn't live up to that standard and, in my opinion, doesn't deserve its...

I recently visited PINK and was blown away by the quality of the food and service. The pizza was cooked to perfection and had a delicious, crispy crust. The toppings were fresh and generously applied, and the overall flavor was outstanding. I also had the tiramisu for dessert and it was equally impressive – creamy and full of flavor.

But what really made the experience stand out was the service. Our server was attentive and friendly. She recommended dishes and made helpful suggestions, and was always there to refill our drinks and check on us.

Today I brought my dad as it amazing restaurant with great service but turns out that the waiter didn’t respect us and was commenting on things she doesn’t have right of.

She said to us ( only this food for 8 people!).

I can’t understand those kind of people.

Edit: oh so when I just ordered sweet that means it’s okay to treat someone different than having dinner!.

It doesn’t matter if we ordered dinner or only sweet the table will stay table!.
