Pizzeria Stamperl — Restaurant in Rennweg am Katschberg

Rude, unpolite, ignorant and arrogant staff, avoiding even eye contact with customers during rush hours. Quality of staff service is under any acceptable level. I have never ever experienced such unprofessional and unpleasant treatment anywhere else in my life. Not only by one waiter, but by complete staff! And I was not the only one treated the same way, during rush hours it is obviously a common unwritten rule that the staff becomes likely nervous not even trying to hide their intolerance for lots of people because everybody on the terrace (and I believe downstairs) had problems ordering, getting food and then waiting again to pay. In 1,5 hours of waiting, we received only half of our order, never had received the rest of it, so we refused to pay. The waiter even then became more rude and arrogant. Such a shame for such a famous European ski resort. And for the perception of Austrian...

After arriving we were not received, we kept standing there looking at the staff. After 5 minutes hearing their jokes we decided to ask ourselves if we could get a table for 4. After we were seated no waitress came. After 10 minutes I needed to get one to come over at our table, we were the only table in the restaurant at that time, I told him in a sarcastic way I thought this was self service because nobody came to give us a menu nor taking a order. A great place to go there with children or with friends. We stayed at the hotel in front of this restaurant and we went a few times during the noon for lunch. The children were crazy about the pizzas (because they are delicious but probably because of the little surprise on top of it too) and we loved the burgers.
