Panorama Alm Sölden - Après Ski Bar & Skihütte — Restaurant in Sölden

We had high expectations coming here due to the good reviews and the advertisements of the restaurant itself but left very disappointed. 1st star is for the friendly waitress serving us and 2nd star is for the chilled vibes and the atmosphere.. HOWEVER, the food we had was not good 🙁 1.) expensive 2.) doesn't have any flavour to it 3.) couldn't find any bacon in bacon dumplings 4.) salad without dressing 5.) traditional Tyrolean "Käsespätzle", very milky and had waaaay better versions of this dish on other huts in the ski area. Would have liked to return but the first impression kinda...

If you service yourself (what you have to do either way if you enjoy the great lounge chairs in the sun outside) this place is quite nice. In any other case I cannot recommend this place. The service staff is horrible, slow, inattentive, not motivated and not really nice. Sitting inside is pain in your ears since somebody in the kitchen keeps bursting glass bottles creating noise like somebody is drunk like trash in the kitchen. The food is above average, however overall still heavily overpriced, especially because you get it served cold due...

First time in Sölden outside the winter season. I knew Panorama as a great après-ski spot, but as a restaurant they truly exceeded my expectations. Verena organized our group dinner with great professionalism and kindness. The three-course meal was a perfect mix of traditional dishes and modern presentation. The staff was friendly and thought along with us throughout the evening.
