The waiter added 30 Euros to our account because he "accidentally" connected two tables into one bill. When we noticed the mistake and he had to give us the money back he was very rude, gruff and angry because we paid with the card and he already paid the commission. The situation is strange for us, because it was not our mistake. Waiter was shouting and making huge problem. At the boss's head, I would consider changing staff because it changed our opinion about this restaurant. The worse service I have ever had. Leider eine sehr negative Erfahrung gemacht. Am 11.07.2023 mittags dort mit zwei Erwachsenen und einem Kind gegessen. Dass es mittags keine Pommes fürs Kind gibt ist schade, steht aber auf der Speisekarte - glaube ich. Gefragt, ob es alkoholfreies Radler gibt. Der Kellner zögerte kurz und sagte klar, könnten Sie ja mit Limo mischen, somit zwei große bestellt. Auf der Rechnung dann 2x Sprite Kind. Wir haben gesagt, die hätten wir aber nicht bestellt, unser Kind hatte Apfelsaft. Er meinte, das wäre der Limo Teil vom alkoholfreien Radler. Soweit so gut. Wir haben bezahlt und leider erst später gesehen, dass er 2x großes Bier berechnet hat und eben die 2x Sprite. Somit haben 0,5 l Radler je 7,50 Euro gekostet. Entweder hätte man ein kleines Bier von 0,3 l berechnen dürfen, wenn man 0,2 l Sprite drauf gießt oder man hätte und die 0,5 l alkoholfreies Bier und die zwei Flaschen Sprite an den Tisch bringen sollen. So durstig wie wir waren, hätten wir das locker auf bekommen. Das ist nicht sehr gastfreundlich und fördert auch keine Kundenbindung.
