Upon first glance it looked promising. It is a hotel with restuarant. I think because tips are not a custom in Austria the service was lacking. The head waiter was friendly, but the staff let us wait for a long time after we finished and we had to really gesture them to come to us. The main course was not warm. Also the desert was overpriced. I got the feeling they neglected all guests except hotel folk there. We could only pay with the head waiter who was avoiding us and we had to wait 30 minutes.
