Parkcafe Schloss Hellbrunn — Restaurant in Salzburg

The cafe is in the beautiful grounds of the Helllbrunn Palace and has lots of outdoor seating, with some seating indoors as well. The service was very good. We got there at about 5:30pm and they had unfortunately already run out of a number of ice cream flavours. I got the last slice of chocolate cake, which was pleasant but unexceptional (I probably would have been better off with the apple strudel, which looked very good). This is a perfect place to stop for a quick bite as you're exploring Hellbrunn. They have a small menu with lots of coffee and drink options appropriately, and it's fast service if they're not too busy. There is also a larger restaurant on the grounds if you're looking for a serious meal, but otherwise the ParkCafe is good, cheap, and easy.

Schlecht geführtes Lokal mit überfordertem Service!!! Der Service an diesem wunderbaren Ort ist leider manchmal unterirdisch! Vor circa 2 Wochen wurde nur im Gastgarten bedient - ein sonniger Novembertag, aber um 16 Uhr ist es trotzdem kalt. Es gibt ja Decken - so sitzt man in 2 Decken eingemümmelt und ärgert sich Die Geschäftsführung findet es anscheinend nicht für nötig das Personal, scheinbar viele Studenten, zu schulen und zu kontrollieren. So muss man sich ab und an den Kaffee selbst holen, ein Pappbecher mit Holzstäbchen , weil so viel los ist! Hinter der Schank wird geplaudert! Tische werden nicht, oder nur nach Aufforderung sauber gemacht. Ich nenne das Abzocke und absolute Gleichgültigkeit den Gästen gegenüber! Was mich auch immer wieder ärgert, ist die Aussage, die Kaffeemaschine sei schon geputzt , es gibt keinen Espresso mehr, 20 Minuten vor Sperrstunde. Warum ich trotzdem immer wieder hin gehe?
