We visited the hotel twice and the lady in the hotel: her behavior was very uncooperative, unwelcoming. She was extremely mean and rude.
The food was decent, so we wanted to place a repeat order. We called her twice verbally and even waved our hands. She looked at us but gave a royal ignore. We ultimately had to get up from the seat and walk upto her to place the order.
Additionally, she did not even ask, incase, we wanted to drink something.... Not even water. As expected she did not check incase we wanted any desert.
We gave her a benefit of doubt in the initial visit, that, it could be a bad day for her so she behaved in the manner as narrated above. However, after 5 days when we revisited, the behavior was exactly the same.
I will definitely never visit her again. It was a total disappointment for us and the worst ever experience. Even the pull cart shops and vendors are more courteous and well behaved, than, the lady in the hotel.

Me & the person I was eating with were treated like c r a p by the staff, yet, the woman was very kind to nearly everyone else in the restaurant. We didn’t even ask her for anything except for what we wanted from the menu.
The food is mediocre at best & they charge extra for a small bowl of rice (with the entrees). If you want good Asian food with friendly service at a better price (and no extra rice charges), there are other options just right up the road from this place.
Do not go here. Seriously. The buffet is not worth it. Everything was fried, dried, with tiny, nasty sushi pieces as well. The other 1-star reviews here are completely correct...

I mean the food is not the best but is not the worst eather. The service is mean, i said i want my beef medium rare and they said they aint no steak house. This is a joke, i am ur costumer u gotta take my order as I want it. Sadly in the end i was supossed to take some chicken because they wont cook my beef medium rare. I wont recommand this Chinese restaurant in St Johann Lotus...
