Spent 4 days in Sankt Polten for work and discovered Souvlaki for a quick lunch. The waiter and waitress were very nice ans I felt welcomed. Food is excellent, fast service. The restaurant is warm and cozy. I...

Haben uns gegrillte Calamari bestellt. Gekommen ist ein Teller mit einer grossen Tube. Die Tube war schleimig, völlig geschmacklos .... so eine Konsistenz kenne ich von Calamari nicht. Würde ich sogar als widerlich bezeichnen weil es so schleimig war. Haben ein Stück gegessen und den Rest übrig gelassen und dem Kellner mitgeteilt, dass die Calamari/also die Tube nicht gut ist. Teller wurde kommentarlos mitgenommen und basta. Kein Wort der Entschuldigung oder ein kleiner Grappa als Entschuldigung. Einfach nichts. Es wurde auch der volle Preis verrechnet. Da gibt es freundlichere und bessere Lokale in St.Pölten bzw wo man auch mit Kritik professionell umgeht. Die...
