I wish I could give this place 0 star! The owner with is Rather mean and with zero care and bad way of receiving guests. First, we asked if the place serves halal food or not, answer was not clear and no details were given. Then he came to take the orders and he was like: quickly, my place is booked and you only have short time (excuse me, you should’ve told us that before seating us!). Then he served others forks and knives in a way different from the way he served us, where he just put on the table and left, whereas others were put right in front of them. Wir waren in den letzten 3 Jahren oft im Restaurant. Das Essen war mal gut mal weniger gut. Vor allem die Steaks in den Grilltellern waren in den letzten Mals oft hart oder fast roh. Der Besitzer zeigte sich oft gestresst, aber da zeigten wir immer Verständnis. Auch das Trinkgeld von uns war immer mehr als großzügig. Am 29.10.2023 um 19:00Uhr sind wir mit Freunden, die das Restaurant noch nicht kannten, dort zum Essen gegangen. Das Restaurant war eher halbvoll. wir fragten ganz nett, ob wir (7 Personen) dort essen könnten. Der Besitzer antwortete unfreundlich und laut, dass wir uns an 2 getrennten (und mit den Rücken zu einander) Tischen setzen sollten . Wir sahen aber, dass andere Gäste, die gerade angekommen sind (auch große Gruppe) 2 Tische zusammen geschoben haben und ebenfalls da essen konnten. Wir fragten wieder nett, ob das bei uns auch gehen könnte, was er wieder laut ablehnte. Das Restaurant hat ein Obergeschoss (wo es zwar kalt und nicht ganz schön ist, aber längere Tische gibt ), deshalb fragten wir ob wir oben sitzen könnten, da wäre mehr Platz da. Er lehnte es mit der Aussage ab, dass das sein Restaurant ist, und Gäste sollten sitzen, wie er will oder sonst einfach sofort das Restaurant verlassen. Diese Aussagen machte er laut und vor allen anderen Gästen. Ich möchte auch hier erwähnen, dass eine Tischumstellung das Restaurant keine Umstände gebracht hätte, da die betroffenen Tische eh sehr nah zu einander waren und auch hier wären genug Tische für neue Gäste trotzdem vorhanden geblieben. Wir hatten so wie so vor nur 1,5 Stunden Maximum für dss Essen geplant, da wir noch eine lange Fahrt noch vor uns hatten. Es geht auch nicht darum, dass er auch unseren Vorschlag akzeptiert. Er könnte auch höflich ablehnen und Alternativen nett anbieten. Seine Art und Weise war schockierend und ziemlich Vulgär. Da gehen wir deshalb nicht mehr hin.
