Hello everyone !! I'm not someone who writes reviews of restaurants, shops and the like. But today I got a little annoyed. And I'll tell you why. Because when I see an Italian restaurant, like this one and the one next door where only Italians work, I expect exactly what I experience in Italy, and I have visited Italy more than someone who has spent his whole life there, I know what the kitchen is and what I expect from the dishes, and I expect high-quality food items, just as I keep them in my kitchen. The lunch we paid for four people, that is, the price and quality do not go together. Extremely poor selection of food, lack of imagination when decorating dishes. Not imaginatively. The food was tasteless, (What happened to your coffee, if you served it in Italy someone would hit you in the head with a cup) The restaurant and the terrace are a bit messy, and the toilet is another story, you really shouldn't go there. It seems that someone forgot to arrange the toilet after the messy and irresponsible guests. I hope that guests don't leave their toilet in a mess like they do in restaurants. Horror. Waiters. ;The waiters are not to blame that the food is tasteless and that the plates look the way they do. You have a waiter who does his job superbly and he does it like someone who loves his job. The rest are ok. The guy working on the ice cream could be a little nicer. However, I think that the owners should talk to the chefs, provide them with better and better quality things and intentions in order to improve the quality of the food. Finally, I personally would not recommend anyone to eat there, but everyone decides for themselves. This is an average restaurant, but it can be great. Because Italians are known for delicious food that you should look forward to and enjoy. And don't leave it sad and unsatisfied. This is not a criticism to damage your reputation, no one can do that because you have your own guests and it shows. But you have to think that there are people who have eaten in great restaurants and enjoyed delicious food and then come across disappointment. I have a feeling that you are lost in this industry and you have lost your passion. Either you or your employees. Italy and Italians are special people and this is something that many enjoy and look forward to. There was nothing exciting about what we experienced today. I hope you won't blame me for...
Read moreThe right word would be “🐃sh1tt1ng kind of service”. First time here (last year) was really good and the service was perfect, I thought I’d definitely come here. So I came again, this time with my kids. Before ordering the waiter told us it was preferable to pay by cash because of some “problem with their internet”. But while we were eating I’ve seen at least two tables where his colleagues accepted card payments. So I asked our waiter again and told him that I’ve seen their terminal was obviously working. The waiter said “ok show me those people who paid with cards” (what?!) which was already unacceptable to talk like this to a client. Then he insisted on going and getting cash in the nearest bank filial. Because of that I lost €5 commission for cash withdrawal and we missed our train after all. We came from Germany for this one day trip to Bregenz and now we’re going back late night, tired and disappointed. All this sucks and I’m not going to this pizzeria ever again and not suggesting anyone. Not surprised they didn’t cut our pizzas and my latte was spilled. Details which I wouldn’t have even noticed if there was no “problem with...
Read moreThe restaurant within walking distance of the lake is very cozy, but quite densely seated and thus a bit noisy. In return, it impresses with its warm and attentive service and excellent food with handmade pasta. The pizzas are also recommended. After our last visit, I'll adjust the rating. The quality of the food has declined. The waiters were interested in our opinion. However, when we gave them honest criticism, we had the impression that they didn't want it at all, but only reacted with empty phrases. Afterwards, the waiters' reactions made us feel uncomfortable. What a pity....
