Gasthaus Bethlehem — Restaurant in Stadt Dornbirn

I booked via Booking.com a 2 days double room with breakfast, paying a good price (31 euros per person per night). Parking available behind the hotel. Wide room with TV and fridge and private (clean) bathroom. They cleaned room after 1 night and changed bathroom towels. Good bed but not so good pillows ;)))) Friendly english speaking staff. International buffet breakfast with a good choice of traditional german ingredients and sweets (cakes, Nutella, brioches...). Staff gave us the key for the main door so we were completely free to return to the room at late night.||Unfortunately the smoke of the cafe area at the ground floor go up to the non-smokers rooms so smell of smoke is everywhere. Anyway, a cheap and good solution for a short staying in that area!||The guesthouse has also a restaurant but we didn't go...

We stopped for an overnight stay on our way from Stuttgart to Milan. We were looking for a legit gasthaus and Bethlehem did not disappoint. The rooms were classic, comfortable and price proportionate. Ours was in the back (away from the street) and was quiet. The location is very good...about a 15-20 minute easy walk into the main town. But...the best part of the stay was definitely the staff. All were very welcoming and courteous, especially Fabio! Do yourself a favor and have a beer or 2 in the small bar and enjoy a conversation with him. Would...
