Levata Del Sole — Restaurant in Steyr

Worst restaurant experience I ever had, and I've been to several restaurants in Portugal, Cyprus, Spain, England, Germany, and Austria. Ordered twice from them and always the same experience:

Pizzas are so spicy you can barely taste them, even the ones supposedly not spicy.

Pizzas are small compared to other restaurants.

Food arrives cold.

They refuse to deliver to your door, demanding you pick up your order in the street (I live in the 1st floor of a building by the street, which isn't an issue for other restaurants).

They charge 1 EUR more than shown in the order confirmation.

They provide no receipt whatsoever.

Here is a rough excerpt from a phone conversation with them:

Levata del Sole: Hello. Me: Hello. Levata del Sole: The food arrived, please come down. Me: I can’t, please come up. Levata del Sole: No, you come down.

I prepare to go down and I meet the deliveryman (apparently the owner) in the stairs. The following rough conversation ensues in a rude and insulting tone (from their part):

Deliveryman: Next time go downstairs or don’t order. Me: Next time come up, you’re supposed to deliver to my door. Deliveryman: We deliver to the door. (Points to main entrance door downstairs.) Me: That’s not my door. Deliveryman: I don’t care, next time go downstairs. Me: There won’t be a next time. Deliveryman: I don’t give a f*. (Gives the wrong change and goes away as he complains and...

Can be variable depending on who's making the pizza. It's haunt for some of the more determined alcholics during the day. Decent enough, though.
