Ciao Bella — Restaurant in Vienna

The people who work or own this place obviously hate children. They always make inappropriate remarks to all the children, and sometimes even shout at them and scare them. I have only bad experience there. My family will never go to this place again and by the way most of my friends in the neighborhood never go there for the same reason. Absolut unverschämtes Verhalten! Ich war heute mit meinen kleinen Kindern (4 und 5 Jahre) im „Ciao Bella“ und habe ihnen Eis gekauft. Wir setzten uns auf die Bank draußen, die eindeutig für Kunden gedacht ist. Meine Kinder waren noch mitten dabei, ihr Eis zu essen, als plötzlich der Verkäufer kam und uns in einem sehr unfreundlichen Ton wegjagte – mit der Begründung, ich hätte nichts gekauft.

Wirklich? Soll ich meine Kinder mit ihrem Eis alleine dort sitzen lassen? So eine respektlose und unhöfliche Behandlung gegenüber zahlenden Gästen habe ich noch nie erlebt. Für uns nie wieder!!! – und ich kann nur jedem abraten, diesen Ort...
